A Fifty Percent (50%) Deposit is required when your reservation is made.

A credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) is required to make a reservation.

You may choose to make the actual payment by personal check. However, if a check for the reservation deposit is not received within seven (7) calendar days after the reservation is made, your credit card will be processed.

The balance is due thirty (30) Days prior to your arrival.

If you choose to pay the balance by check, the check must be received by Henderson Springs thirty (30) days prior to arrival or your credit card will be processed for the balance.

Reservations made less than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival require payment in full at the time reservation is made.

Only Full Days can be booked (No Half Days).

Half (50%) of your deposit will be retained if cancellations are made more than thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival.

If a cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days before your scheduled arrival, no refund will be made unless we are able to re-book your rooms and dates.

This policy applies to individuals as well as group cancellations.

There will be no refunds, fee or time adjustments for guests who arrive late or leave early.

Increases to the number of people on an existing reservation will be on a space available basis.

Changes to the number of guests are subject to the "Reservation and Cancellation" and "Refund" policies.

NO Boats or Prams (insurance restrictions) and NO Gasoline or Electric Motors.

Electric Motors may be allowed on a pontoon tube on an exception basis for guests who are physically unable to operate fins and a float tube. Permission to use Electric Motors required prior to arrival.

This is a remote Fly Fishing Resort. Operation of personal motorized vehicles (i.e. ATV's, motorcycles, go-carts, dune buggies, etc.) is not allowed on the Ranch. It is our objective to provide our guests with a quiet, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere during their stay at this remote mountain ranch. Your cooperation is requested.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS inside the Main Lodge or Guest Cabin.

Guests must provide Henderson Springs with a completed "Liability Release" document (insurance requirement) upon their arrival and before fishing.

Forms are available on the Henderson Springs website or in the Main Lodge and Guest Cabin. Completed forms may be mailed to Henderson Springs, P.O. Box 220, Big Bend, California 96011. If mailed, completed forms must be received by Henderson Springs prior to your arrival.

Henderson Springs reserves the right to change room and/or facility assignments/selections.
